i have purchased lenovo laptop in november 2008, in march 2009 it's dvd drive was not working actuaaly it's read the cd's bt not the dvd's..i contacted to the service center they provide me new dvvd drive nw after exact two months it again stop reading dvd's..what's the problem behind that?...r they r providing worst dvd'd drives or any other peoblem...please suggest me..

i am using lenovo A35. the problem is that my laptop gets over heated quickly and it switchs off.As much heavy the software(eg. Autocad,3dMax,Revit,etc.) is to be run,as soon it gets switched off.

i hve purchased the lenovo desk top (lenovo 5311 -Sr. No. 6AQMBO6254) from IBM solution ludhiana on dt 10/03/09.The inovice no. is RET 2816.
Now i m facing problem with hard disk i called your customer carecenter for warrnty purpose but surprisedto knowthat the hard disk is out of warrnty.
As per your manual ,it is clearly mentioned that the warranty of hard is 3 year.You r requested to pls give me the suport & arrange to give replacement of hard disk.

Charger or battery not working
Hi I have Lenovo 3000 N100(0689 5ka) laptop. Laptop had either charger or battery problem. The original charger was 60W but the new charger I bought from the service centre (claimed to be authorized lenovo dealer) is of 90W. Can someone pl let me know
1) if it is okay to use this charger.
2) Also how do I know that the charger if original . (They have pasted a barcoded paper from the carton but the seal was already broken. Can I check from charger s/n at some site?

Problem with DVD drive in Y500 series
Dear Sir,
I am facing problem with my DVD drive since 3 weeks. I bought this laptop in Aug 2007. Till now I didn't faced any issue. Now my drive is reading the CD's or DVD's of original version (Company manufactured) and not reading the CD's or DVD's write by users(us) instead it is showing as black CD or DVD.
